Golf on Spring Creek's 18-hole par 71 course is made even more enjoyable by the proximity of the Ruby Mountains in the background.

For many this is ideal "horse country", offering a wealth of room for horseback riding over meadows and mountain trails. Spring Creek has an attractive equestrian center with boarding stables, outdoor arena and a 1500 seat indoor arena equipped for rodeos.

Hiking is another popular option for Spring Creek residents, with almost unlimited opportunities for anything from short walks to all-out overnight trips into the seclusion and natural beauty of the Ruby Mountains.

The trap and skeet range offers both day and evening shooting and is well equipped for major shooting events.

A 32 acre lake is stocked yearly and is home to rainbow trout, bass and bluegill's.

In winter months, the are is a sports delight, a perfect place for snowmobiling, tobogganing and ice skating.
